Danfoss assigns the type designation BFP 21 L3 to a single-stage oil burner pump from the BFP range. The current service version carries code 071N7156 and is specified for kerosene or light fuel oil. Its rated capacity is 24 l/h; operating pressure ranges from 7 to 20 bar and is factory-set to 10 bar. Pump speed ranges from 2400 to 3450 min⁻¹. Left-hand shaft rotation is specified and the shaft diameter is 8 mm. Electrical supply is 220 to 230 V AC. Total power consumption is 42 W, of which the coil accounts for 9 W. Which installation data apply to BFP 21 L3?
The pump has left-hand rotation and an 8,000 mm shaft diameter. The drawing gives 60 × 104 × 104 mm including the shaft section; net weight is 1,186 kg.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
