Product description
The fanless version identifies the Fanuc A06B-1485-B105 within the ALPHA-i spindle motors. The model aiL3/8000 forms the motor side of a controlled spindle drive and combines a straight shaft with flange mounting. The flange connection provides the mechanical fastening to the machine, while the shaft represents the rotating output element. For feedback, this version has an i standard feedback sensor. It serves to detect the motor movement in the controlled drive and is specified as part of the specific motor version. The power values distinguish between continuous operation S1 and short-time operation S2 with 30 minutes. In the speed range from 1500 to 6000 min⁻¹, the continuous power is 2.2 kW. For the same speed range, the short-time power is 5.5 kW. The higher value is therefore bound to the time-limited operating mode and is not a continuous power specification. For a quotation with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, this distinction between operating modes is part of the power assignment of the spindle motor. At 8000 min⁻¹ both power values change: in continuous operation 2.0 kW are available, in 30-minute short-time operation 3.0 kW. 8000 min⁻¹ is also the maximum speed of this version. The operating point at the upper end of the speed range therefore has its own power specifications and is listed separately from the range up to 6000 min⁻¹. The housing has degree of protection IP65; a fan is not part of the construction of this motor. For mechanical classification, the dimensions are 220 mm in width, 310 mm in height and 610 mm in length. The specified weight is 46 kg, without a stated distinction between net and shipping weight.

Which power applies in continuous operation?
In continuous operation S1, the power is 2.2 kW at 1500–6000 min⁻¹ and 2.0 kW at 8000 min⁻¹.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
