The FANUC A06B-6058-H007 is an S Series digital single-axis servo amplifier. In the FANUC Maintenance Manual B-65005E/07, the order number in table 4.1(c) is for the 200/230-V input class. There H007 is exclusively assigned to the combinations 20S/3000, 30S/3000 and 40S/2000. FANUC names A16B-1100-0300 as the associated PWM controller board. In addition to the full amplifier order number, this identifier is an important identification feature because neighboring A06B-6058 variants are designed for different motors, boards and current classes. Table 4.4.3(a) documents for A06B-6058-H007 a ratio of motor current to test voltage of 32.5 A/V and a maximum amplifier current of 130 A peak. The peak value is expressly not an indication of a permanent nominal output current; a previously stated general current value must not be derived from this. The table clearly separates measurement conversion and current limit from the motor assignments in the type table. For the braking energy path, table 4.8 names a separate discharge unit A06B-6058-H192. This external unit has 8 Ω and 800 W load capacity and is assigned there to A06B-6058-H007 and H251 to H253. The 800 W therefore describes the separate discharge unit and not the power loss of the servo amplifier. The documented H007 assignment does not provide a reliable individual value for input frequency, protection rating, weight, cooling type and a thermal protection function; such blanket statements will be removed. Before replacing, the order number, motor name with rated speed, PWM controller board, connections, separate discharge unit and machine parameters must be checked together. The parameterization must also match the documented motor variant and nominal speed. An externally similar H006, H025 or H101 module cannot be interchanged based on the series designation alone due to the different assignment.
