Product description
With a width of 60 mm and an external heat sink that protrudes outwards through a cut-out in the control cabinet rear wall, the FANUC A06B-6111-H006#H550 sits directly in the αi module group as the SPM-5.5i spindle amplifier module. The fan for internal air circulation is pulled out of the housing upwards, which is why a maintenance space remains free above the module. The front carries the connectors CXA2A and CXA2B, JX4, JY1, JA7B and JA7A as well as JYA2 and JYA3; the motor is connected at the bottom to terminal CZ2 via U, V, W and protective earth. JY1 provides analogue outputs for load meter and speed indication as well as an analogue override input. A two-digit status display with ALM and ERR lamps shows status and alarm codes directly on the unit. As the TYPE A version of the 200-V input series, the module has one input for the spindle sensor, and its CNC interface is matched to i series MODEL B CNC controls. The 300-V DC link is supplied by an upstream FANUC power supply module. The power section works with sinusoidal PWM via an IGBT bridge and provides a rated output current of 27 A. The speed control range is 1:100, and with load changes between 10 and 100 percent the speed fluctuation remains below 0.1 percent of the maximum speed. For control cabinet design, FANUC states a total heat loss of 120 W at 3.7 kW rated motor output, of which 36 W remain in the cabinet; at 5.5 kW the figures are 171 W and 41 W respectively; we coordinate shipping of exactly this module from Germany to the United States and other international destinations with your order. How high is the power loss of the SPM-5.5i?
At 3.7 kW rated motor output, the total power loss is 120 W, of which 36 W remain in the control cabinet. At 5.5 kW the figures are 171 W and 41 W respectively; the rest is dissipated via the external heat sink.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
