The Fanuc AOD16D provides sixteen digital outputs within the I/O Unit Model A. The outputs are current-sourcing and therefore use the positive source configuration. Each group of eight output points shares a common potential. Two current limits apply simultaneously when sizing connected loads: a maximum of 0.5 A per output and no more than 2 A per common group. The sum of the individual currents therefore cannot be determined solely from the number of channels. The rated load voltage is 12 to 24 V DC, with a permitted deviation of plus 20 percent and minus 15 percent. When switched on, the maximum voltage drop is 0.7 V. When switched off, the maximum leakage current is 0.1 mA. Both values relate to the electrical output state and must be considered when assessing the load. For transitions from OFF to ON and from ON to OFF, the response time within the module is no more than 2 ms in each direction. The overall response time in the control system also depends on its sampling time. An LED indicator displays the output states. External connections use a terminal block with twenty screw terminals of size M3,5. For the specific quotation with shipping to the United States and other international destinations, the module designation AOD16D is decisive. The unit weighs 0.32 kg. Its estimated external dimensions are approximately 35 mm wide, 130 mm high and 100 mm deep. What is the permitted output current?
A maximum of 0.5 A is specified per output. The limit of 2 A per common group of eight outputs also applies.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
