Two front-facing serial connectors distinguish the Fanuc IC695CPU310-GV as the central processing unit of the PACSystems RX3i system: COM1 uses RS-232 and COM2 uses RS-485. Both ports support Modbus RTU Slave, SNP and Serial I/O. The CPU performs real-time execution of control programs and communicates with modules in the RX3i rack through the dual backplane bus. The high-speed RX3i PCI bus and the Series 90-30-style serial bus are both available. A 300-MHz processor provides a typical execution time of 0.195 ms per 1.000 Boolean instructions. Program, configuration, register data and symbolic variables use 10 MB of battery-backed RAM. Another 10 MB of non-volatile flash memory provides optional storage for user data. A program may contain up to 512 blocks, each no larger than 128 KB. Supported programming languages are Ladder Diagram, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram and C. Revision GV identifies firmware version 5.70. Eight indicators on the front show CPU, Run, output, battery, system-fault and interface status, among other states. The two-slot module draws a nominal 1.25 A at 3.3 V DC and 1.0 A at 5 V DC from the backplane. It measures 130 × 70 × 130 mm and has an item weight of 0.5 kg. The specified operating-temperature range is 0 to 60 °C.

Which memory and interfaces does the Fanuc IC695CPU310-GV provide?
The CPU has 10 MB of battery-backed RAM and 10 MB of non-volatile flash memory. One RS-232 port and one RS-485 port are located on the front; both support Modbus RTU Slave, SNP and Serial I/O.
What does the GV revision of the IC695CPU310 identify?
GV identifies firmware version 5.70 for this CPU. This revision adds the documented support for the redundant IC695RMX128 memory module.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
