Product description
Heidenhain 341516-01 is the UP 110 braking resistor module for regenerative inverter systems in the UP 1x0 series. During braking, the connected motors feed energy back into the DC link. While the supply network is available, a regenerative system can return this energy to the grid. If the network fails, the UP 110 receives the excess braking energy and limits a further rise in DC-link voltage. Switching voltage is DC 740 V. Peak power is specified as approx. 60 kW for a duration of 2 s. The module has an IP20 rating and operates without active cooling inside the intended control-cabinet arrangement. Complete external dimensions are 300 × 50 × 480 mm in depth × width × height order. Module width is therefore 50 mm, while installation depth and height follow from the mechanical drawing. Weight is approx. 7 kg. Heidenhain assigns the UP 110 both to regenerative UR-2xx compact inverters and to modular systems with a UV(R)-1x0(D) supply unit. In a modular configuration it operates together with the commutating reactor, line filter and required UM power modules. Non-regenerative UE-1xx compact inverters use other braking-resistor arrangements and must not be treated as the same system assignment. Before replacement, identification number 341516-01, designation UP 110, regenerative system type, switching voltage, external dimensions and connection version must match. DC 740 V is the functional value of the module and not a general nominal voltage for all connected equipment.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
