Heidenhain 557 679-10 identifies an absolute sealed LC 183 linear encoder for direct position measurement on linear machine axes. No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
