Heidenhain 662638-03 identifies the CC 6110 digital controller unit for HSCI-based control systems. The assembly processes up to ten digital control loops in single-speed operation. It provides ten position-encoder inputs and ten speed-encoder inputs, each for 1 Vpp or EnDat 2.2. Ten PWM outputs transmit setpoints to the power stages. CC 6110 integrates position, speed and current controllers as well as HSCI, PWM and SPI interfaces. Four SPI expansion slots accommodate additional modules. Power is supplied through an inverter module or a PSL-135 supply. Power consumption without encoders is 40 W. The dimensional drawing gives 280.5 mm enclosure depth and a 22.5 mm front projection, resulting in 303 mm total depth. Width is 99.5 mm and overall height is 480 mm. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
