The combination of binary outputs and three bipolar output pairs characterises the Heidenhain PL 110 B. As a PLC power board, it handles the electrical input and output in the environment of the TNC-151-Q and TNC-155-Q controls. The board provides 63 inputs, nine of which are permanently assigned. On the output side, 25 binary outputs and additionally the three bipolar pairs are available. This distinguishes its output arrangement from the PL 100 B with an exclusively binary output arrangement. The external PLC supply has 24 V DC rated voltage and a permissible range of 20.4 to 28.8 V. A specific quotation with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations refers to the PL-110-B version with this mixed output stage. For the inputs, a voltage range of −3 to +4 V applies for signal 0 and of 16.5 to 30 V for signal 1. The input current in the high signal state is between 6.2 and 12.6 mA. Binary outputs operate nominally with 24 V and a maximum output current of 1.2 A. The values of the bipolar pairs are separate from this: their rated voltage of 15 V is measured between two outputs with opposite signal states. At 300 mA rated current, this voltage is between 14 and 15.5 V; up to 1.2 A are specified for one minute. The maximum switching frequency is 50 Hz. As the first board, the current consumption with open inputs and outputs and a disconnected second board is 460 ±25 mA. For the second board, 360 ±25 mA are specified.
The item supplied will have the stated manufacturer or type number and the stated condition category. Serial number, manufacturing date, labels, colour, packaging and normal signs of use or storage may differ. Unless expressly confirmed, technical information is provided to identify the device type. The complete manufacturer or type number is decisive.

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
You may request an individual quotation for several items or larger quantities. We then check availability and pricing for the specific requirement; there is no entitlement to a quantity discount. Open the quick enquiry.
