According to the Rexroth data sheet, the Indramat HVE03.2-W030N weighs 16 kg; the external dimensions of approx. 150 × 400 × 330 mm are only a rough estimate. The weight is relevant for shipping. Shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations. Heat is dissipated by internal air cooling with a built-in fan. As a second-generation HVE supply unit, the module feeds the common DC link of a DIAX04 drive system: from 3 × AC 380 to 480 V (±10 %) at 50 to 60 Hz it generates a DC link voltage of DC 530 to 670 V. At 3 × AC 400 V, Rexroth specifies 19 kW continuous power without choke and 30 kW with the GLD12 DC link choke; for short periods, 38 or 60 kW are available for 30 s and 57 or 90 kW for 0.3 s. Braking energy from the drives is converted by the integrated bleeder with 1.5 kW continuous and 100 kW peak power; the maximum regenerative energy is 100 kWs. The DC link can be extended by up to 10 mF of additional capacitance. The control voltage supply also accepts 3 × AC 380 to 480 V, requires at most 500 VA and delivers 300 W. For the mains supply line, the manual specifies at 400 V a mains current of 46 A, a cross-section of 16 mm² and a maximum fuse protection of 63 A. At full continuous power, the power loss is 355 W excluding the bleeder share. Degree of protection IP10 according to EN 60529, rated data at +5 to +45 °C, reduced operation up to +55 °C and an installation altitude up to 1000 m without derating describe the documented operating limits.

What continuous power does the HVE03.2-W030N deliver?
At 3 × AC 400 V, Rexroth specifies 19 kW continuous DC link power without choke and 30 kW with the GLD12 DC link choke.
How is braking energy dissipated?
Via the integrated bleeder with 1.5 kW continuous power and 100 kW peak power; the maximum regenerative energy is 100 kWs.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
