Product description
A width of 250 mm, a height of 350 mm and a depth of 250 mm characterise the housing dimensions of the Lenze EVS9328-ES. The specified weight is 12.5 kg. The servo inverter belongs to the 9300 series and, within this family, forms the servo version of power size 9328. For standard mounting, fixing brackets are attached to the heat sink plate. The fastening and the required connection space must be distinguished from the pure housing dimensions. Electrically, the assembly can be supplied from a three-phase mains with 320 to 528 V and 45 to 65 Hz. As an alternative supply, a DC voltage range of 460 to 740 V is specified. The assigned motor power for a four-pole asynchronous motor is 22 kW at 400 V or 30 kW at 480 V. An order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations should therefore take into account the mains voltage of the installation in addition to EVS9328-ES. The current data also depend on the switching frequency: at 400 V, 47.0 A is specified for 8 kHz and 30.6 A for 16 kHz. On the 480-V mains, 44.7 A and 28.2 A apply accordingly. The maximum output currents are 70.5 A with 8 kHz and 45.9 A with 16 kHz. The three-phase motor voltage ranges from zero up to the mains voltage. At 400 V, the mains current is 44 A and the power loss is 640 W. Above an ambient temperature of 40 °C up to 50 °C, a power derating of 2 % per kelvin applies. Switching frequency, mains voltage and temperature are therefore separate conditions for the specified power and current values.

Which motor power is specified for the EVS9328-ES?
For a four-pole asynchronous motor, 22 kW at 400 V and 30 kW at 480 V are specified.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
