Product description
The EVS9321-ES is a Lenze 9300-series servo inverter for vertical control-cabinet mounting. Its rated power is 0.37 kW or 0.5 HP. The three-phase supply range is specified as 320–528 V AC for nominal voltages of 400/480 V, while the mains-frequency range is 45–65 Hz. At an 8 kHz switching frequency, rated output current is 1.5 A and maximum output current is 2.3 A. At 16 kHz, the documented values are 1.1 A rated output current and 1.7 A maximum output current. Device functions include speed, torque and position control together with an electronic gearbox. Resolver and SSI are listed as feedback interfaces. CANopen and PROFIBUS connect through plug-in communication modules. The panel-mounted device has IP20 protection; its heat sink is detachable for the corresponding push-through mounting arrangement. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
