Product description
With frame size 9321, Lenze EVS9321-ES covers the 0.37 kW motor power class at 400 V within the 9300 series. The ES version operates as a servo inverter and has an electronic gearbox. A reference movement is transmitted to other drives using digital frequency signals. Adjustable gear factors determine the motion ratio between the axes involved. This function concerns synchronised drive movement and is the focus of the ES version. Motor movement is fed back through a resolver or encoder. Nine-pin Sub-D connectors are provided for the resolver, encoder and digital frequency signals. The encoder input processes SinCos and TTL incremental signals as well as signals from SinCos absolute encoders with a Hiperface interface. Motor temperature contacts and PTC signals are connected to separate terminals. For control, the unit has two analogue inputs with a range of ±10 V; one of these can be switched to 0–20 mA. Two analogue and four digital outputs complement the six digital inputs, one of which provides controller enable. The CAN system bus serves digital communication within the drive structure. At 400 V, the rated output current is 1.5 A with an 8 kHz switching frequency. At 16 kHz, it is 1.1 A. These current values describe different switching frequencies of the same frame size. The mains connection accepts a three-phase supply in the range of 320 to 528 V AC and 45 to 65 Hz. The frequency coupling has an input and an output for transmitting digital reference values. The two analogue outputs operate in the voltage range of ±10 V.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
