The V004 designation distinguishes the Lenze EVS9327-ESV004 from the standard ES version of the same size. In the Lenze type code, it denotes the safe standstill device function. The ES series within the 9300 range operates as a Servo Inverter with electronic gearing. Multiple drives can be coupled using digital frequency signals. Adjustable gear ratios determine the relationship between the master movement and the following movements. For size 9327, the typical motor power at 400 V is 15 kW, based on a four-pole asynchronous motor. The rated output current is 32 A at a switching frequency of 8 kHz. At 16 kHz, it is 20.8 A. The higher switching frequency therefore corresponds to a different current specification for the same device type. Motor movement is fed back through resolver or encoder connections. The multi-encoder input supports SinCos and TTL incremental encoders as well as SinCos absolute encoders with a Hiperface interface. Nine-pin Sub-D connections are used for the resolver, encoder and digital frequency link. Two analogue inputs with ±10 V and two analogue outputs are available for control. One of the inputs can be switched to 0–20 mA. Six digital inputs including controller enable and four digital outputs complement signal processing. The CAN system bus provides an additional digital communication link. The motor PTC and thermal contact have separate terminals. The three-phase mains supply ranges from 320 to 528 V AC at 45 to 65 Hz. The built-in unit has a width of 250 mm, a height of 350 mm and a depth of 250 mm. The digital outputs each have a load current of 50 mA. Connections are implemented as pluggable control terminals.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
