Lenze EVS9328-ESV004 belongs to the 9300 servo inverter family and is assigned to the 22 kW motor power class at 400 V. Under these mains conditions, frame size 9328 has a rated output current of 47 A at an 8 kHz switching frequency. At 16 kHz, the rated value is 30.6 A. In the type code, the additional V004 designation denotes the safe standstill device function. It supplements the ES functional series with its electronic gearbox. This gearbox processes digital frequency signals to couple the reference and follower drives. Adjustable gear factors define the motion ratio between the axes. Reference information and feedback on the actual motor movement follow separate signal paths. A resolver connection and a multi-encoder input are available for motion feedback. The encoder input processes SinCos and TTL incremental encoders as well as SinCos absolute encoders with a Hiperface interface. The resolver, encoder and digital frequency connection use nine-pin Sub-D connectors. Two analogue inputs with ±10 V, one of which can be switched to 0–20 mA, and two analogue outputs handle analogue signal processing. The digital control terminals comprise six inputs including controller enable and four outputs. The motor PTC and thermal contact are connected separately. CAN is available as a digital system bus. The three-phase mains voltage range is 320 to 528 V AC, with a mains frequency of 45 to 65 Hz. The unit is 250 mm wide, 350 mm high and 250 mm deep. The analogue outputs operate with a voltage range of ±10 V. The performance data and the V004 designation apply to the complete EVS9328-ESV004 version. The digital outputs each have a load current of 50 mA. The connections use plug-in control terminals.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
