In 400-V operation, the typical motor power is 30 kW; the output apparent power is 40.9 kVA. At 16 kHz the rated current is reduced to 38.0 A at 400 V or 35.0 A at 480 V; the associated maximum currents are 57.0 A and 52.5 A. With this type, power and current values must always be considered together with the mains voltage and switching frequency, because Lenze provides different rated data for 400 V, 480 V, 8 kHz and 16 kHz. At 8 kHz, the system manual states 59.0 A rated current, 88.5 A maximum current and 52.0 A standstill current. Lenze states a power loss of 810 W for the EVS9329-xS. Optional communication modules can be used on the automation interface X1. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
