The documented maximum ambient temperature is 40 °C. The motor has insulation class F and an IP 23S enclosure rating for controlled industrial environments. The IEC 100 square-frame housing combines a compact mechanical arrangement with a stable mounting structure. Lenze GFQBT100-24 is a separately ventilated DC shunt motor from the GFQ series for industrial drive tasks requiring controlled speed and torque. Lenze developed the GFQ range as a modular DC drive system that could be combined with different gearboxes, brakes and feedback arrangements. An integrated holding brake secures the shaft at standstill, while the tachogenerator supplies speed feedback to the connected drive controller. Typical applications include printing, packaging, conveying and general machinery where continuously variable speed control is required.

The full manufacturer and type number GFQBT100-24 is decisive for the order. Selection of the required version and verification for the customer’s installation remain the responsibility of the customer or its qualified personnel and should be based on the manufacturer documentation.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
Can I request individual pricing for several items?
