Within a width of 55 mm, the Mitsubishi Electric FX3U-2HC combines two fast counting channels for the MELSEC-F FX3U series. This special-function module processes single-phase signals with one or two inputs as well as two-phase signals. Open Collector and differential line drivers are the documented input circuits; the signal terminals have specified levels of 5, 12 or 24 V DC. Depending on the evaluation mode, counting frequencies reach up to 200 kHz for one edge, 100 kHz for two edges or 50 kHz for four edges. The counting range is 0 to 65.535 in 16-Bit mode and −2.147.483.648 to +2.147.483.647 in 32-Bit mode. Four transistor outputs operate at 5 to 24 V DC and are rated at 0.5 A. Electrical connections are made through a 40-pin connector. Outputs YH1 and YH2, together with A, B, Preset and Disable inputs, are routed separately to the connector for both channels. The module draws an internal current of 245 mA at 5 V DC. No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
