Within the MELSERVO-J2-Super product series, or MR-J2S-B, MR-J2S-10B denotes the general-purpose AC servo amplifier with SSCNET serial bus communication. Control communication takes place via this bus at CN1A and CN1B. The main circuit operates three-phase at 200–230 V AC and 50/60 Hz or single-phase at 230 V AC and 50/60 Hz. The permissible ranges are 170–253 V AC three-phase and 207–253 V AC single-phase. The control circuit is supplied single-phase with 200–230 V AC and consumes 50 W. The permissible frequency deviation is a maximum of ±5 percent. The control method combines sinusoidal PWM control and current control. The maximum position command input is approximately 10 Mpps. A dynamic brake is integrated. Protection functions include overcurrent, regenerative overvoltage, overload, motor overheating, encoder error, regeneration error, undervoltage/mains failure, overspeed and following error. Self-cooling, open construction and IP00 protection rating define the amplifier's mechanical design. During operation, the ambient temperature range is 0 to +55 °C; for storage, it is −20 to +65 °C; both ranges require non-freezing conditions. Relative humidity must not exceed 90 percent and must be non-condensing. The specified operating conditions are an indoor space without direct sunlight, an altitude of up to 1,000 m and maximum vibration of 5.9 m/s². The housing measures 50 mm in width, 168 mm in height and 135 mm in depth. Net weight is 0.7 kg. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
