The Siemens 6SN1118-1NH01-0AA0 processes two axes within the SIMODRIVE-611-universal system. The HR control board processes incremental Sin/Cos encoders with 1 Vss and absolute EnDat encoders. Its documented operating mode includes positioning; the module also processes speed, rotational-speed and torque setpoints. The complete order number distinguishes this variant from the N-SOLL versions and the separately designated resolver modules in the product family. Expansion is possible through exactly one optional slot. The TERMINAL module adds eight digital inputs and eight digital outputs, for example for selecting and starting a travel program in positioning mode. With software versions before 4.1, its terminals are permanently assigned to the drive or axis A; from software version 4.1, they can be freely distributed across the axes. Alternatively, a PROFIBUS-DP module connects the control board as a slave to a distributed automation concept. The TERMINAL and PROFIBUS-DP modules use the same optional expansion slot. The functional description lists, among others, 1FK6 and 1FT6 servo motors, 1FE1 permanent-magnet synchronous motors, 1PH and 1LA asynchronous motors, 1FN linear motors and 1FW6 built-in torque motors for SIMODRIVE 611 universal. For 1FK6 and 1FT6 servo motors, the manual specifies torques up to 140 Nm; for 1PH and 1LA asynchronous motors, the documented power range extends up to 100 kW. Motors without encoders are also listed in the system overview. Two different motor types can be controlled through one control module. Parameter data is stored in a pluggable memory module and backed up with SimoCom U. Mechanically, the board is secured in the power module with two front screws; the documented tightening torque is 0.8 Nm. The module measures 115 × 310 × 45 mm and weighs 0.54 kg.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
