The Mitsubishi Electric MR-J3-10A-S030 is an AC servo amplifier in the MELSERVO-J3 product family. Mitsubishi documentation assigns the MR-J3-10A base version to the J3 series with a general-purpose command interface. A rated output of 100 W is documented for this enclosure size. The main-circuit supply belongs to the 200-V class and uses single-phase 200 to 230 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz. The amplifier output connects to a three-phase AC servo motor. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
