Programs run in multitasking G-code; up to 100 programs are possible with one task, while two tasks support up to 50 programs per task. The module measures 130.0 × 34.5 × 100.5 mm and weighs a maximum of 500 g without connectors. A single-axis configuration provides capacity for up to 2.000 position data records. Internal current consumption is no more than 0.65 A at 5 V DC, or 0.85 A with a Teaching Box connected, and no more than 0.2 A at 24 V DC. The unit is supplied with 5 V DC from the backplane and an additional external 24 V DC supply. A similarly named NC or CS1W motion unit is not interchangeable without an engineering review. The C200H-MC221 supports independent point-to-point movements, linear interpolation across two axes and circular interpolation in one plane. Omron servo drives that support absolute values can be integrated into a system that does not require another origin search after a supply interruption, provided the complete system configuration is designed accordingly. Motion programs, position data and system parameters should be backed up before replacement, followed by controlled recommissioning of the axes.

Which identifier is decisive for Omron C200H-MC221?
The full manufacturer and type number C200H-MC221 is decisive for the order. Selection of the required version and verification for the customer’s installation remain the responsibility of the customer or its qualified personnel and should be based on the manufacturer documentation.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
