For installation in a muting arrangement, the Omron F39-TGR-MCL-R-A is designed as a slim active transceiver unit with a pre-mounted bracket. The order number identifies only the active side of the active/passive system. The passive reflector F39-TGR-MCL-R-P is a separate component and is not included in this offer. Within the F39-TGR-MCL series, the unit adds optical muting detection to F3S-TGR-CL safety sensors. It uses a polarized retro-reflective principle with a red LED at 660 nm. The optical system uses the reflector as the passive counterpart to the active unit. The standard operating range is 0 to 4 m; the maximum operating range is 4.8 m. The electronics are supplied with 24 V DC and permit a deviation of ±20 %. Power consumption is no more than 5 W. The specified operating temperature range extends from −10 to +55 °C in an environment without condensation. For the electrical connection, the transceiver has a 5-pin M12 female connector. The enclosure has degree of protection IP65. The pre-mounted bracket and elongated construction belong to the offered active unit; this supplied version differs from the F39-TGR-MCL-R transceiver and reflector set. The spacing between the two muting beams is 250 mm. The active unit is 337.6 mm high, 38 mm wide and 39.6 mm deep. Its narrow 38-mm profile extends along the overall height, with the pre-mounted end brackets forming the mechanical termination. The net weight of F39-TGR-MCL-R-A is 1.36 kg. These mechanical values apply to the active transceiver unit rather than the complete set with passive reflector.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
