The SEW-Eurodrive MXA80A-002-503-00 is controlled through the integrated system buses within a MOVIAXIS MX axis system. Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
