The Siemens 1FK6083-6AF71-1EH0 is a permanent-magnet three-phase synchronous servo motor from the established 1FK6 series. The exact Siemens data sheet identifies a six-pole, naturally cooled motor in IM B5 construction for the V1 and V3 mounting positions. Winding 6AF71 has a rated speed of 3,000 min⁻¹, rated torque of 10.5 Nm and rated current of 7.7 A. At 100 K, standstill torque is 16 Nm and Siemens specifies a standstill current of 10.4 A. The maximum mechanically permissible speed is 5,600 min⁻¹, maximum torque is 50 Nm and maximum current is 36 A. Feedback in this exact version is provided by an EnDat absolute encoder with 2,048 signal periods per revolution. The motor shaft is smooth and follows tolerance N. A holding brake is fitted. Power and signal connectors can rotate through 270°. The enclosure rating is IP64. The Siemens planning guide also documents a torque constant of 1.54 Nm/A, voltage constant of 102 V per 1,000 min⁻¹, winding resistance of 0.54 ohm at 20 °C and rotating-field inductance of 6.0 mH.
