A terminal box for the power connection distinguishes the Siemens 1FT5064-0AG71-2-Z within the 1FT5 series of AC feed motors. Signals are routed through a dedicated signal connector. The motor power connection and feedback are therefore physically separated in the design. This version has both a tachogenerator and a rotor position encoder: the tachogenerator measures speed, while the rotor position encoder detects the rotor position. Both feedback systems form part of the electrical configuration of this feed drive. The DC link voltage specified for the basic unit is 600 V DC. This value refers to the drive system's DC link and must be distinguished from a mains voltage applied directly to the motor. A speed of 4000 min⁻¹ and a torque of 5.5 Nm at 100 K are specified for the mechanical motion. The temperature condition belongs to the torque value and must therefore be retained when interpreting it. The motor is air-cooled; heat is dissipated through its self-cooled design. How are power and feedback connected?
Power is connected through a terminal box, while feedback uses a separate signal connector.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
