Product description
The short motor version characterises the Siemens 1FT5100-0AF71-1-Z within the 1FT5 series. As an AC feed servo motor, it forms the mechanical drive side of a controlled feed axis. Its electrical connections and the feedback are separate components of the drive system: the power connection carries the motor supply, while the signal connection provides the encoder signals. A DC voltage link of 600 V is specified for this version. This value describes the DC link of the associated drive concept and is to be distinguished from a mains connection voltage. The rated speed is 3000 min⁻¹. The torque of 13 Nm is linked to the temperature condition 100 K; this condition belongs to the specified torque value. For a specific order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, the short motor design, the speed specification and the electrical version form the technical reference points for the 1FT5100-0AF71-1-Z. For feedback, the motor has a tachogenerator and a rotor position encoder. Speed detection and rotor position detection are thus available as separate encoder functions. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
