Product description
With 2000 revolutions per minute and 33 Nm torque at 100 K, the Siemens 1FT5102-0AC71-2-Z belongs to the AC feed motors of the 1FT5 series. Its task in the drive system is the motor-driven implementation of the movement specified by the drive controller. The version combines a DC link voltage of 600 V DC with air cooling and feedback via tachogenerator and rotor position encoder. The DC link voltage designates the electrical supply level of the associated drive system; it is not a specification for a direct connection of the motor to an AC mains supply. The two feedback elements perform different tasks: the tachogenerator provides the speed information, while the rotor position encoder detects the position of the rotor. Besides the actual motor, the speed and position information are therefore also part of the technical version of this feed drive. For the electrical integration, the power and signal connections are designed separately. The motor power is connected via a terminal box, the feedback via a signal connector. This connection version in particular is an essential feature of the complete order number, which is also retained for the specific order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations. Mechanically, the motor has the flange design IM B5; IM V1 and IM V3 are specified as further designs. These designations describe the mechanical arrangement and complement the electrical rating data when classifying the motor. The housing has the degree of protection IP64. The air cooling and the torque reference designated with 100 K together belong to the thermal specifications of the version. For spatial classification, the dimensions are 200 mm in width, 280 mm in height and 440 mm in depth.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
