The complete order number identifies the current 7-inch version with touch operation and a PROFINET interface. Its widescreen TFT displays 800 × 480 pixels and 16.777.216 colors across a visible area of 152.4 × 91.4 mm. The capacitive screen supports multi-touch operation; numeric and alphanumeric input is available through onscreen keyboards. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
