Positioned between process operation and the controller, Siemens 6AV6545-0CC10-0AX0 is the touch version of the SIMATIC HMI TP 270 with a 10.4-inch display. The colour STN LCD operates at 640 × 480 pixels and displays 256 colours; entries are made directly on the touch-sensitive display surface. Microsoft Windows CE serves as the software platform, while a RISC processor and 2 MB of configuration memory form the device base. A CompactFlash slot is provided for external storage media. Serial connectivity comprises two RS-232 ports and one RS-422 and one RS-485 interface. A USB host port is also available for connecting devices including a keyboard, mouse or barcode reader. Controller communication covers MPI and PROFIBUS DP; additional connections listed in the device manual include various Siemens controller families and selected third-party controllers. The panel is supplied with 24 V DC within a permitted range of 18 to 30 V DC. Its rated current is 0.6 A. When installed, the front provides IP65 protection and the rear IP20. A hardware-based synchronisable clock and the optional 3.6-V backup battery complement the device functions. The active display has CCFL backlighting with an average service life of approximately 60.000 hours. The front frame measures 335 × 275 mm, while the required mounting cutout is 310 × 248 mm. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
