The operator interface of Siemens 6AV2128-3KB06-0AX0 is based on a 10.1-inch widescreen TFT with capacitive multitouch operation. As a SIMATIC HMI MTP1000 Unified Comfort panel, it displays 1,280 × 800 pixels and 16.777.216 colours; the active display area measures 217 × 135.6 mm. A front size of 280 × 205 mm is specified for installation, while the mounting depth is 64 mm. The required cut-out measures 264 × 189 mm. The device weighs 2.1 kg without packaging; portrait and landscape mounting positions are listed. It is supplied with 24 V DC within a permissible range from 19.2 to 28.8 V. Nominal current consumption is 0.5 A, with a maximum of 1.1 A. Two Industrial Ethernet interfaces comprise two switch ports and one independent port. A combined RS-422/485 interface, four USB-3.1-Gen.-1 Type A ports and two SD card slots are also provided. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
