The native resolution of 320 × 240 Pixel defines Siemens 6AV6642-0AA11-0AX1. Its 5.7 Zoll STN display presents operating screens in two grayscale levels. At 25 °C, the backlight has an average service life of 50.000 hours. The SIMATIC Touch Panel TP 177A is operated using an analogue-resistive touchscreen. Numeric, alphanumeric and hexadecimal on-screen keyboards handle input; there are no separate function or system keys. Inside are an ARM processor, Flash and RAM. 512 kB is available for user data, and Linux is preinstalled as the operating system. Projects can be created from WinCC flexible 2004 SP1 Compact onwards; the Standard and Advanced editions are also supported. 32 alarm classes and up to 1.000 messages are provided for notifications. The integrated recipe management comprises five recipes with up to 20 data records each. Controller connection is via MPI or PROFIBUS DP. The panel has one RS422 and one RS485 interface, each with up to 1.5 Mbit/s. S7-200, S7-300/400 and WinAC are listed process connections. Power is supplied at 24 V DC within 20.4 to 28.8 V. Rated current consumption is 0.24 A and typical power consumption is 6 W. When installed, the front is IP65 and the rear IP20. The permitted operating temperature range is 0 to 50 °C; storage and transport are specified at −20 to 60 °C. Vertical installation with up to 35 degrees of inclination is possible without external ventilation. The panel cut-out measures 198 × 142 mm. The panel measures 212 × 156 × 44 mm and weighs 0.75 kg unpackaged.

It is operated through an analogue-resistive touchscreen. RS422 and RS485 interfaces are available for MPI and PROFIBUS DP.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
