With a device front measuring 483 × 310 mm and an installation depth of 59 mm, the Siemens 6AV6542-0DA10-0AX0 belongs to the SIMATIC HMI Multi Panel MP370 range. The mounting cutout is 450 × 290 mm and weight without packaging is 5.1 kg. Its 12.1-inch TFT colour display presents 800 × 600 pixels and 256 colours across a visible area of 248 × 187 mm. Operation uses a membrane keypad with 36 programmable function keys, all equipped with LED. Numeric, alphabetic and hexadecimal input and multi-key operation are provided. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
