Product description
Supply connection X1, monitoring relay X2 and the connection for an external backup battery at X3 structure the front interfaces of the Siemens 6DD1683-0CC0. The module is designed as the SP22 power supply of the SIMADYN D series and is inserted into the SIMADYN D subrack. The input operates with 24 V DC. On the output side, 5 V at 25 A and the two supply voltages +15 V and -15 V are available. An integrated fan provides forced ventilation. The supply and fan are monitored through relay contacts at X2. A green LED indicates a fault-free state, while the red LED signals a fault condition. Three short-circuit-proof test sockets allow the 5 V and ±15 V supplies to be checked. The front reset button provides the cold start function for the modules; alternatively, reset is triggered through the contacts at X4. The power supply function also includes a radio interference suppression filter and a battery compartment. The backup battery can retain configured values if the supply fails; X3 is provided for an external battery. If the voltage falls below 20 V, the monitoring system switches off the output voltages. A shutdown also occurs above 32 V and is accompanied by the red fault indication. The output voltages are monitored as well; for the 5-V rail, the undervoltage threshold is in the range of 4.7 to 4.85 V. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
