The Siemens 6ES7513-1FM03-0AB0 is a fail-safe central processing unit in the SIMATIC S7-1500F series. Siemens identifies it as a CPU 1513F-1 PN with 900 KB of integrated work memory for the program and 2.5 MB for data. A SIMATIC Memory Card is required as load memory. The integrated PROFINET-X1 interface supports IRT and includes a two-port switch. The CPU can operate as a PROFINET IO controller and as an IO device. It supports isochronous operation, direct data exchange, PROFIenergy, prioritized startup, media redundancy and an integrated web server. As an IO controller, it supports up to 128 PROFINET IO devices, including up to 64 devices with IRT. The specified bit performance is 6 ns. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
