Product description

For the Siemens 6SN1123-1AB00-0CA1, the current values per axis differ according to motor type. The two-axis SIMODRIVE-611 power module has a rated current of 24 A and a peak current of 32 A for induction motors. For synchronous motors, the values are 18 A rated current and 36 A peak current. The power transistors are rated at 50 A. These technical current data belong to the complete order number and distinguish the 0CA1 version within the module series. The internal cooling dissipates the heat loss within the control cabinet concept. The module is operated on the regulated DC link at 600 or 625 V. A typical three-phase voltage of 430 V is specified for motor connections U2, V2 and W2. Two separate connection groups A1 and A2 lead to the two motor axes; protective conductor connections and the P600 and M600 DC-link busbars supplement the power terminals. With this order number, the spatial arrangement of A1 and A2 differs from other two-axis modules. With a module width of 100 mm and an approximate weight of 13.5 kg, this version belongs to the larger two-axis power modules in the series. The complete mechanical dimensions are approximately 480 × 100 × 300 mm. The combination of two axes, internal cooling and 50-A transistors therefore forms the precise technical core of this version. Before assignment, the space requirement, weight, cooling type and terminal position can be compared alongside the order number. Joint verification of the type number and connection arrangement remains decisive because the Siemens product information for the 0CAx family explicitly distinguishes a modified terminal arrangement from mid-2005.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Contact us
What rated currents does the Siemens 6SN1123-1AB00-0CA1 have?

Per axis, the values are 24 A for induction motors and 18 A for synchronous motors.

How are the motor connections of the 0CA1 version arranged?

The A1 and A2 terminals have a different arrangement in the 0CA1 version than in the other two-axis modules in the series.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.

Which payment terms apply?

The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.

Can I request individual pricing for several items?

You may request an individual quotation for several items or larger quantities. We then check availability and pricing for the specific requirement; there is no entitlement to a quantity discount. Open the quick enquiry.

Do you also purchase industrial spare parts?

Yes. You can offer us automation and drive components for purchase. Please provide complete type numbers, quantities, condition details and photographs where possible.

After review, we will tell you whether a purchase is possible and on which terms. Learn more about selling industrial stock.
