With a module width of 300 mm, the Siemens 6SN1123-1AA00-0KA1 forms a single-axis power stage in the modular SIMODRIVE-611 drive system. This internally cooled version connects the DC link to one motor output. Its 400-A transistor current limit matches the module class. For induction motors, the module supplies 200 A rated current, 250 A in S6 operation at a 40 percent duty cycle and 257 A peak current. For synchronous motors, the corresponding ratings are 140 A and 210 A. With a regulated infeed, the DC link operates at 600 or 625 V DC. For an unregulated infeed, the DC-link voltage is the supply voltage multiplied by 1.35. The minimum motor current is 28 A. The inverter pulse frequency is 3.2 kHz for induction motors and 4 kHz for synchronous motors, while power-stage efficiency is specified as 0.98. Motor output A1 serves the single axis through connection A1. Internal cooling of the 400-A version uses the 6SN1162-0BA02-0AA2 built-on fan, which has a maximum unobstructed airflow of 400 m³/h. The module measures 300 × 480 × 288 mm and weighs approximately 22.9 kg including packaging. Its 300 mm housing arranges the power terminals, control interface and cooling path in the standard module format.

What current ratings apply to the Siemens 6SN1123-1AA00-0KA1?
For induction motors, the module is rated for 200 A, 250 A in S6 operation at a 40 percent duty cycle and 257 A peak current. For synchronous motors, the ratings are 140 A and 210 A peak current.
How is the 6SN1123-1AA00-0KA1 configured and cooled?
It is a 300 mm wide, internally cooled SIMODRIVE 611 single-axis power module. This 400-A version uses the 6SN1162-0BA02-0AA2 built-on fan with up to 400 m³/h unobstructed airflow.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
