As a 96-mm panel-mounted device, the Siemens 7KM2112-0BA00-3AA0 records electrical variables in three-phase networks. The SENTRON PAC3200 measures voltage, current, active and reactive power, and frequency, and counts apparent, active and reactive energy. The voltage limits are 690 V between phase conductors and 400 V between a phase conductor and neutral. The documented current measuring input is 5 A; mains frequency is detected automatically within the range from 45 to 65 Hz. Continuous measured-value acquisition processes sinusoidal and distorted voltage waveforms. Accuracy class 0.5S according to IEC 62053-22 is specified for active energy, while accuracy according to IEC 61557-12 corresponds to class 0.5. The integrated Ethernet interface operates at 10 Mbit/s, uses an RJ45 socket and supports Modbus TCP. One digital input and one digital output supplement communication; the output can be used as a switching or pulse output. Measuring and supply cables are connected via screw terminals. The wide-range power supply accepts 95 to 240 V AC or 110 to 340 V DC. The white LCD provides a 54 × 72 mm display area and four operating keys. When installed, the front is rated IP65 and the rear IP20; protection class is II. The permissible operating range is −10 to 55 °C, with relative humidity up to 95 percent without condensation. The device is installed vertically in a fixed panel within enclosed rooms. The required panel cutout is 92 × 92 mm. It measures 96 × 96 × 56 mm with an installation depth of 51 mm and weighs 451 g.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
