Siemens CP5614-8M-FBG is a SIMATIC NET communications processor in short PCI card format. The card connects PC-based automation systems to PROFIBUS and provides separate functions as DP master and DP slave. Transfer rates from 9.6 kbit/s to 12 Mbit/s are available for the fieldbus. Two electrical PROFIBUS interfaces bring the two bus roles to the front panel. Process data is exchanged with the host PC via DP-RAM. The process image is read at up to 3 KByte/ms and written at up to 8 KByte/ms. Mean signal delay is 50 µs plus bus delay; the slave side is specified at a maximum of 100 µs plus bus delay. Up to 4 CP-5613-/CP-5614 modules can operate in parallel. PG, FDL and PROFIBUS DP are among the supported software protocols. The slave side can be configured by a GSD file as DP-V0 or DP-V1 and with a modular or compact structure. The short PCI card format is 168 mm deep, 18 mm wide and 107 mm high. Complete outside dimensions are therefore 168 × 18 × 107 mm. The two 9-pin D-sub connectors are located on the card bracket. Net weight of the CP 5614 is 170 g. Type identifier, connector assignment and existing bus configuration remain the defining identity features of the offered card.

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
