Product description

Communication and motor feedback are clearly separated on the Bosch Rexroth DDS02.1-W200-D. The serial RS-232 interface at X2 provides service access, while X4 receives the digital servo motor feedback. This D variant belongs to the modular DIAX02 drive family and represents a digital AC servo drive in the 200 A current class. The regulated intermediate circuit operates at 300 V DC with a tolerance of ±15 percent. Both rated current and maximum peak current are 200 A; the maximum continuous current is 65 A. The control electronics are additionally powered via the bus connection. The base unit requires 500 mA at 24 V DC and 150 mA each on the two 15-V rails. Control and communication functions are determined by the software module and pluggable additional modules, which are not part of the base unit. The letter W indicates cooling with air from the control cabinet. The resulting heat remains in the installation space and must be considered during cabinet planning. A maximum power loss of 560 W is specified for the W200 base unit. The installation width is approximately 110 mm; external dimensions are listed as approx. 390 × 310 × 110 mm. The weight of the air-cooled W design is approximately 7.5 kg. The ambient temperature range for rated data is from 0 to 45 °C. Storage and transport are specified between −30 and +85 °C. Within the DDS02.1 family, the full designation distinguishes this variant jointly by series, version, internal air cooling, 200-A current class, and digital motor feedback. Other base units in the series have different current classes or cooling concepts; additional modules and software module subsequently define the specific drive configuration.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Contact us
What current class does the Bosch Rexroth DDS02.1-W200-D have?

The W200 variant has 200 A rated and maximum peak current; the maximum continuous current is 65 A.

Which cooling and feedback characterize the DDS02.1-W200-D?

W stands for internal cabinet air, D for digital servo motor feedback; the motor feedback is connected at X4.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.

Which payment terms apply?

The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.

Can I request individual pricing for several items?

You may request an individual quotation for several items or larger quantities. We then check availability and pricing for the specific requirement; there is no entitlement to a quantity discount. Open the quick enquiry.

Do you also purchase industrial spare parts?

Yes. You can offer us automation and drive components for purchase. Please provide complete type numbers, quantities, condition details and photographs where possible.

After review, we will tell you whether a purchase is possible and on which terms. Learn more about selling industrial stock.
