Control Techniques SP2401 is a frame-size 2 variable frequency and servo drive in the Unidrive SP series. The basic unit uses three-phase 380 to 480 V AC ±10 % at 48 to 65 Hz. Normal Duty is 7.5 kW / 10 HP and 15.3 A. Heavy Duty is 5.5 kW / 7.5 HP and 13 A. Control methods include V/f, Open Loop Vector, Closed Loop, Servo, and Regeneration. An RS-485 interface provides Modbus RTU. Three slots accept option modules for communications, feedback, or application functions. For dynamic braking, minimum resistance is 19 Ω and short-term braking power is 33.1 kW. Switching frequencies include 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 kHz, while open-loop output frequency spans 0 to 3,000 Hz. The tall enclosure has a front operating surface, lateral cooling areas, and a rear mounting contour. Power, motor, and control terminals remain within the outer housing boundaries. The front surface arranges the keypad, status display, and connection access clearly. Lateral airflow paths guide cooling along the power section. Complete external dimensions are 155 × 368 × 219 mm. The published frame-size weight converts to approx. 7.03 kg. The rectangular construction combines power section, control electronics, cooling, and operation in one enclosed basic unit. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
