Installed in the power section of the KUKA-KR-C2 control cabinet, the KSD1-08 is a digital servo drive module from the KSD1 series. Its BG1 frame size is shared by the KSD-08, KSD-16 and KSD-32 modules; the exact KSD1-08 measures 88 × 240 × 180 mm. Electrical integration is through a DC link with a range of 0 to 770 V DC. Rated current is 4 A and maximum output current is 8 A. Within the KUKA drive architecture, the module receives power from the KUKA Power Supply, or KPS. Control signals are supplied by the DSE-IBS digital servo electronics with an Interbus connection. This separation of central power supply, digital control and axis-specific KSD modules defines the KR-C2 power section. The KSD modules are assigned by axis, while the common KPS provides the DC link and the DSE-IBS coordinates digital setpoints and feedback. The complete KSD1-08 model identifier is decisive: KSD1-16, KSD1-32, KSD1-48 and KSD1-64 modules have different current ratings and, in some cases, different frame sizes. This version belongs to the narrow 88-mm class and weighs 1.8 kg. Terminal assignment, motor data and KSD1-08 parameter settings depend on the respective controller and system configuration.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
