The Lenze E82EV552_4C200 is an 8200 vector frequency inverter. The complete product key E82EV552K4C200 identifies the filterless 5.5-kW version for three-phase 400-/500-V drives. The mains voltage range is 320–550 V AC at 45–65 Hz; alternatively, the DC link can be supplied with 450–775 V DC. Rated mains current is 16.8 A without a mains choke and 12 A with a mains choke. At the documented switching frequency of 8 kHz, the unit provides 13 A rated output current and 19.5 A maximum current for 60 seconds. Power loss is 230 W. A brake chopper is integrated, and the minimum brake resistance is 68 Ω. Shielded motor cables are specified up to 50 m and unshielded cables up to 100 m; the permissible length depends on the applicable EMC conditions. The built-in unit is 240 mm high, 100 mm wide, and 140 mm deep. Its mass is 2.9 kg.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
