Product description
The positioning version EP identifies the Lenze EVS9328-EP within the 9300 drive family. The device takes on the role of a servo position controller and combines this functional version with the power stage 9328. In the series, position controllers, servo controllers, register control and cam versions are listed separately; the EP identifier here explicitly designates the positioning version. Its electrical rated values are tied to the mains voltage and the switching frequency of the inverter. On the three-phase 400-V mains, a motor power of 22 kW is assigned for a four-pole asynchronous motor. At 8 kHz, a rated output current of 47 A and an apparent output power of 32.6 kVA apply. With a switching frequency of 16 kHz, the associated rated current is 30.6 A. The higher switching frequency is therefore linked to a different current rating. On the 480-V mains, a motor power of 30 kW and an apparent output power of 37 kVA apply for the same power stage. Under this mains condition, the rated current is 44.7 A at 8 kHz and 28.2 A at 16 kHz respectively. These values each belong to their own operating conditions and do not describe freely combinable performance data. For the mains supply, the permissible voltage range covers 320 to 528 V AC at 45 to 65 Hz. Alternatively, supply via the DC link with 460 to 740 V DC is provided. For an order with shipping to the United States and other international destinations, EVS9328-EP designates the positioning version of this power stage. The electrical power loss is 640 W under the stated rated conditions. The mechanical device profile includes a width of 250 mm, a height of 350 mm and a depth of 250 mm as well as a weight of 12.5 kg. Mains supply and alternative DC voltage supply form two separately specified connection types.

How do the current values differ at 8 and 16 kHz?
At a mains voltage of 400 V, the rated output current is 47.0 A at 8 kHz and 30.6 A at 16 kHz. At 480 V, the values are 44.7 A and 28.2 A respectively.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
