On the Schneider Electric ATV930U15N4, the assigned motor power differs between Normal Duty and Heavy Duty: 1.5 kW in normal operation compares with 0.75 kW in operation with higher overload requirements. The frequency converter belongs to the Altivar Process ATV900 series and forms the power electronics of a speed-controlled motor drive. The supply is three-phase with 380 to 480 V at 50 to 60 Hz. At a switching frequency of 4 kHz, the version continuously delivers 4 A in Normal Duty or 2.2 A in Heavy Duty. The short-time current values are also stated separately: 4.8 A and 3.3 A respectively apply for 60 seconds. The operating mode is therefore directly linked to the electrical rating. Which motor power applies in the two operating modes?
Normal Duty: 1.5 kW. Heavy Duty: 0.75 kW. The continuous output currents at 4 kHz are correspondingly 4 A and 2.2 A.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
