Product description
The connection to the PacDrive controller is made on the Schneider Electric VDM01D10AK00 via fiber-optic cable and a SERCOS interface. Within the drive system, this servo controller handles the control of a single axis. Its specific version is MC-4/11/10/400; power supply unit, software-based control and power output stage are combined in one device. The type assignment therefore describes both the position within the PacDrive family and the associated single-axis controller design. On the power side, the unit is supplied three-phase with 380–480 V AC. The input current In1 is 10 A. Separate from this is the control connection Uin2 for 24 V DC with a control current In2 of 0.7 A. These two supply branches have different tasks: the mains connection belongs to the power electronics, while the DC connection supplies the control side. For the technical assignment, mains and control values must therefore be considered separately. For an order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, the controller version is designated by the complete identifier VDM01D10AK00. The optical controller connection forms the communication path between the higher-level control and the drive controller. SERCOS is the associated interface; the power supply of the motor runs via the output stage contained in the controller. Automatic motor recognition is also part of the device function. Mechanically, the MC-4 is a wall-mounting version. Its integrated power supply unit is part of the controller design, as are the control and the output stage for one axis. Which supply connections does the VDM01D10AK00 have?
The power side operates with three-phase 380–480 V AC at 10 A input current. The separate control side requires 24 V DC at 0.7 A.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
