The Siemens 6ES7317-7TK10-0AB0 is the SIMATIC S7-300 CPU 317T-3 PN/DP technology central processing unit. Siemens assigns the exact order number to PLC and technology tasks. Its integrated work memory has a capacity of 1024 KB. The first communication interface combines MPI and PROFIBUS DP with transmission rates up to 12 Mbit/s. A second PROFIBUS DP interface handles drive communication, while the third interface provides Ethernet and PROFINET through an integrated 2-port switch. The CPU also contains integrated technology inputs and outputs and uses a 40-pole front connector. A Micro Memory Card with at least 8 MB is required for program and project data. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
