Across its eight channels, Siemens 6ES7136-6BA01-0CA0 acquires fail-safe digital 24-V signals within the ET 200SP distributed I/O system. The module is designated F-DI 8x24VDC HF and uses a p-switching input characteristic according to IEC 61131 type 1. Signal 0 has a voltage range from −30 to +5 V, while signal 1 covers +15 to +30 V; typical input current for signal 1 is 3.7 mA. Input delay can be parameterised between 0.4 and 20 ms for both signal transitions. Eight integrated 24-V sensor supplies are electronically protected against short circuits. Shielded cables may be up to 1,000 m long and unshielded cables up to 500 m. The input channels are not electrically isolated from one another. They are, however, isolated from the backplane bus; there is no isolation from the electronics supply. In safety mode, Performance Level e, category 4 according to ISO 13849-1 and SIL 3 according to IEC 61508 are specified. RUN, ERROR, PWR, channel status and diagnostics LEDs indicate operating and diagnostic states. The I&M data range from I&M0 to I&M3. Firmware version is V2.0 and can be updated; the applicable BaseUnit is type A0. Typical power loss is 2 W. With horizontal installation, the operating range extends from 0 to 60 °C and with vertical installation to 50 °C. The module measures 15 × 73 × 58 mm and weighs approximately 29 g.

Which signal levels does Siemens 6ES7136-6BA01-0CA0 process?
The F-DI module processes 24-V-DC signals. Signal 0 ranges from −30 to +5 V and signal 1 from +15 to +30 V; typical input current at signal 1 is 3.7 mA.
How are the channels of F-DI 8x24VDC HF electrically isolated?
The eight input channels are electrically isolated from the ET-200SP backplane bus. There is no electrical isolation between the channels or from the electronics supply.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
