Siemens 6SL3055-0AA00-5CA1 is a Sensor Module Cabinet-Mounted SMC30 from the SINAMICS S120 product range. The complete product number identifies hardware version A for evaluating TTL, HTL and SSI encoder signals with incremental tracks. Speed, actual position value, rotor position and other encoder signals are transferred to the associated Control Unit via 1 × DRIVE-CLiQ. The electronics supply operates at 24 V DC over a range of 20.4 to 28.8 V. Electronics current is a maximum of 0.20 A without a measuring system and a maximum of 0.35 A with a connected measuring system. The encoder system can be supplied with 5 V DC with or without Remote Sense and with VDC − 1 V. Encoder supply current is specified at 0.35 A. Maximum encoder frequency is 500 kHz; for SSI, Siemens states a transmission rate from 100 to 250 kHz. Power loss is a maximum of 10 W. Encoder connections are X520 Sub-D and terminals X521 and X531. The enclosure has degree of protection IP20 or IPXXB. The product description states delivery without a DRIVE-CLiQ cable. Siemens lists 6SL3055-0AA00-5CA2 as successor to the discontinued version. No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
