The three-phase mains connection of the Bosch Rexroth TVD1.3-08-03 is specified for 380 to 480 V AC at 50 to 60 Hz. The supply module generates a DC link voltage of 320 V DC with a tolerance of ±5 percent. Connected drive controllers receive 7.5 kW of continuous DC link power. For short periods, 15 kW for three seconds and 22.5 kW for 0.3 seconds are specified. The device belongs to the TVD-1.3 series for modular Indramat drive systems. Energy absorbed during braking is dissipated through the integrated bleeder. Its continuous power is 0.5 kW, while short-term peak power is 20 kW. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
